Salary: Base 100,000 CAD, OTE 220,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own sales execution and performance within the allocated Canadian territory to meet or exceed ARR targets.
- Drive quarterly and annual net new software revenue through proactive prospecting and pipeline development.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including multi-stage presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting using Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn.
- Represent the Vena brand at industry conferences and customer events.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 3+ years of success in Regional Sales Manager roles working with Finance teams in mid-market or larger organizations.
- 5+ years total experience in quota-carrying frontline sales within high-growth SaaS or enterprise vendors (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Proven track record in new logo acquisition and territory development.
- Ability to build sustained relationships with C-suite Finance stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling to a Finance audience.
- Expertise or knowledge in Finance Process and Accounting.
