What you will do

• Implement and optimize global HR Operations processes aligned with regional and local requirements.
• Drive the harmonization, digitalization, and automation of administrative HR Operations processes.
• Define, govern, and implement regional HR Operations frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Corporate CoE to limit process exceptions to legal or regulatory needs.
• Ensure effective Shared Service Center (SSC) delivery through clear guidelines and procedures.
• Regularly audit HR Operations processes to ensure strict adherence to defined global standards.

Requirements

• Professional experience in HR Operations, preferably within an international environment.
• Strong understanding of HR IT systems, integrated HR processes, and data flows.
• Proven experience in project management, change management, and transformation projects.
• English: C1 proficiency (very good verbal and written communication skills) required.
• Location: Must be based in the US or at another hirify.global location.
