What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional HR projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality expectations are met.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Partner with HR sub-functions and business stakeholders to align on goals and sequencing of work.
  • Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder updates to drive clarity and decision-making.
  • Identify and proactively address project risks and issues to maintain momentum.
  • Support change management activities, including communications and adoption tracking for HR programs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience managing complex cross-functional projects within HR.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering with HR leaders and business stakeholders to clarify requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for status updates and documentation.
  • Experience supporting change management and adoption activities for HR processes.

Nice to have

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum).
  • Strong working knowledge of HR functions such as Talent Management or Total Rewards.
  • Background working in a global, fast-paced technology organization.
