What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design experience for hirify.global Home across mobile and desktop, defining cross-platform design languages.
• Integrate community features such as comments and reactions into the reading experience to convert passive readers into participants.
• Develop AI-driven personalization patterns to increase user trust and engagement through algorithmic recommendations.
• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes using AI-native tools like Claude and Cursor to compress the idea-to-artifact cycle.
• Establish scalable design frameworks and mentor IC3/IC4 designers to raise the overall craft bar.
• Balance high-stakes business constraints (SEO, ad units) with the introduction of innovative UI patterns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design for large-scale consumer products with millions of daily users.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of building functional prototypes using AI agents and AI tools.
• Deep fluency in designing natively for iOS, Android, and Web.
• Expertise in building or extending complex design systems, including tokens and components.
• Ability to thrive in the early stages of 0→1 builds and navigate massive ambiguity.
