Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, CS, HCI, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills rooted in data-driven UX research.
• Experience with system thinking and breaking down big-picture visions into incremental engineering tasks.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from inception to production.
