Salary: $202,000–$281,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and drive the design strategy for the Supply ecosystem, aligning user-centered vision with business goals.
• Co-create product roadmaps alongside Product, Engineering, and Data leadership.
• Lead high-impact cross-domain design initiatives and resolve ambiguity in multi-team efforts.
• Set the quality bar for UX, visual design, content, and interaction across the domain.
• Mentor and coach senior and staff-level designers to elevate overall craft and strategic thinking.
• Champion the responsible adoption and high-quality use of AI in design workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a product or UX designer with a strong visual and interaction foundation.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership, shaping roadmaps, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading design across multiple complex product areas simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, including AI-first tools and robust design systems.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with service design, systems thinking, or frameworks for large interconnected problem spaces.
• Experience in the restaurant, catering, delivery, or gig economy sectors.
• History of driving design-led culture initiatives and organizational rituals.
