What you will do

• Process purchase invoices using three-way matching of POs, invoices, and receipts.
• Post purchase ledger entries into the accounting system, including payments and allocations.
• Prepare payment runs and maintain vendor records and onboarding documentation.
• Manage the Concur staff expenses system.
• Assist with year-end audits and 1099 preparation.
• Monitor aging reports to maintain healthy vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Minneapolis, MN, USA.
• 2+ years of experience within an Accounts Payable capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
• Good general financial knowledge and ability to prioritize workload.
