What you will do

• Review incoming invoices and check requests for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Enter data into systems for check and ACH processing.
• Reconcile payments to carriers and investigate discrepancies with internal teams.
• Assist with managing outstanding checks and unclaimed funds reporting.
• Monitor bank accounts for unauthorized transactions and manage positive pay files.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 years of related accounts payable experience.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Peoria Heights, IL.
