What you will do

• Manage international payroll cycles via Cloudpay and ADP, ensuring accurate and timely salary and statutory payments.
• Handle day-to-day administration including data validation, inputs for new hires, promotions, bonuses, and equity.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining well-organized and audit-ready documentation.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, providing variance analysis and commentary to Finance leadership.
• Act as the primary contact for employee payroll queries and manage payroll-linked benefits.

Requirements

• Professional payroll qualification.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist with hands-on regional experience.
• Solid understanding of local tax laws and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Cloudpay, Workday) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Ability to maintain strict data confidentiality and meet hard deadlines.
