What you will do

• Ensure timely processing and validation of incoming invoices and payment requests.
• Record payables transactions in the general ledger and support month-end close and audits.
• Manage employee expense reimbursements and company credit card transactions.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing automation tools like Ramp and NetSuite.
• Manage vendor onboarding and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Generate AP aging reports and provide cash flow forecasting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated expertise with ERP software such as NetSuite or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Exceptional communication skills for vendor and stakeholder collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Jose, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with invoice automation or AP management tools like Ramp.
