What you will do

• Verify, classify, and process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve past due balances or discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly accruals and financial close processes.
• Analyze expense data and support financial reporting for management.
• Coordinate employee expense reimbursements and provide backup support to the AP Manager.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, automated Accounts Payable environment.
• Strong knowledge of a full Chart of Accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to perform ten-key by touch.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
