What you will do

• Act as the Math Success specialist to transform how teachers think about and teach mathematics.
• Design and deliver personalized Professional Development (PD) journeys tailored to each school and teacher.
• Coach teachers in real classrooms through observations, live modeling, and feedback cycles.
• Lead hands-on, math-focused PD sessions and workshops rooted in classroom practice.
• Build and maintain a strong community of math educators across the assigned region.
• Travel 30–50% of the time to visit schools and districts.

Requirements

• Strong training in mathematics and teaching, preferably with elementary school experience.
• Expertise in creating meaningful relationships with district-level administrators.
• Exceptional educator-to-educator communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate early-stage ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.
• Must be based in the U.S. or willing to relocate.
