What you will do

  • Establish and manage implementation schedules and timelines for enterprise solution customers.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and sales teams to deploy resources for successful product launches.
  • Build product usage tools to integrate digital solutions into existing nursing curricula.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop actionable plans to ensure product optimization.
  • Advise programs using data-driven insights from product usage and student outcome analysis.
  • Transition implementation plans to Enterprise Customer Success Managers for long-term steady-state support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, project coordination, customer success, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in nursing education within higher education is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills across phone, email, webinar, and in-person formats.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high-energy, positive attitude.
