TL;DR

Compensation: $200,000 – $245,000 + Equity

hirify.global is reimagining urban logistics by deploying autonomous sidewalk robots for efficient commercial deliveries in major US cities.

What you will do

  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation for autonomy, ML, and data infrastructure projects.
  • Lead coordination across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage hardware and manufacturing projects, including PCBA, cabling, and mechanical design.
  • Develop processes to streamline workflows and implement sprint executions to prioritize work.
  • Create and maintain active roadmaps and detailed technical documentation.
  • Facilitate broad communication to ensure alignment across all distributed teams.

Requirements

  • BS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • 10+ years of experience with software, hardware, or autonomous systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of autonomous systems, mapping, simulation, and machine learning (ML).
  • Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects and shipping product features.
  • Must be based in the US to support occasional travel (up to 5%).

Nice to have

  • MS degree in computer science or engineering.
  • Experience with products involving safety, policy, or regulatory aspects.
  • Experience with robotics products operating in public spaces.
