What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional HR initiatives from planning through execution and risk mitigation.
• Assess HR workflows to identify and implement opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
• Research emerging AI tools and industry practices to improve employee and manager experiences.
• Drive organizational change and standardize processes and best practices across HR programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across HR functions to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution.
• Measure the impact of AI and automation initiatives through efficiency gains and adoption metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 6–10+ years of experience in program management, HR transformation, or business operations.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations functions.
• Strong understanding of how generative AI can be applied to improve HR experiences.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating or implementing AI, automation, or workflow productivity solutions.
• Familiarity with HR technologies and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with process mapping or operational excellence methodologies.
