What you will do
- Perform outbound outreach to prospects who have received direct mailers using an integrated dialer.
- Qualify leads using provided scripts, handle basic objections, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Successfully execute warm transfers of 5–20 qualified leads per shift to senior sales representatives.
- Accurately manage and update a custom-built CRM system.
- Navigate potentially emotional or negative client responses with empathy and resilience.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a warm and professional phone presence.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience to handle rejection and sensitive financial topics.
- Basic computer proficiency to operate CRM and dialer systems.
- Strong active listening skills to gauge client moods and adapt conversations.
- Availability to work a fixed schedule in the Florida ET timezone.
