TL;DR
Sales Development Representative: Generating, qualifying, and developing high-quality leads that fuel the sales pipeline across the Nordic markets with an accent on outbound prospecting, decision-maker conversations, and CRM-driven pipeline management. Focus on securing qualified sales meetings, collaborating with Sales/Marketing/Partners to convert leads into opportunities, and reporting on pipeline and lead trends.
Location: Hybrid (1 day/week in London Canary Wharf or Stockholm office). This role can be hired in Sweden or the UK.

What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new leads via outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns.
- Build, manage, and continuously enrich a qualified sales pipeline.
- Identify decision-makers, start conversations, and secure high-quality sales meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success to convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze performance, pipeline, and lead trends.
- Develop and present tailored sales quotes and proposals; support strategic sales initiatives and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting.
- Strong understanding of early-stage sales processes, including lead generation and qualification.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and prospect mapping tools.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Languages: Fluent English and Fluent Swedish.
