Salary: Base $70,000–$90,000; OTE $100,000–$150,000+

What you will do
- Develop and execute the outbound lead engagement strategy to increase appointments and revenue.
- Oversee and optimize AI-powered lead engagement systems and automation workflows.
- Lead, coach, and hold outbound setters accountable to performance expectations.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Tech Integration to optimize the customer journey.
- Build and refine scalable SOPs, reporting systems, and internal workflows.
Requirements
- Proven success managing outbound appointment setters, SDRs, or BDR teams.
- Experience building and scaling outbound sales functions from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of CRM management and pipeline development.
- Ability to improve team performance through systems and accountability.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience leveraging AI and automation within sales environments.
- Background in fitness, health, coaching, or high-ticket direct-to-consumer sales.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and modern sales engagement platforms.
