What you will do

  • Coach and develop 15 Established Reps to drive productivity and earnings.
  • Guide disciplined business planning execution across all Sales Reps.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement targeted actions to unlock growth.
  • Increase account penetration and share of wallet through product, program, and service adoption.
  • Deliver impactful field training with a target average production of $25,000+ per week.
  • Strengthen senior-level customer relationships through direct field engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of demonstrably successful Business Development and Sales experience.
  • Proven record of achievements in Sales and Sales Management.
  • History of mentoring and developing talent.
  • Must live within the vicinity of Dallas, TX.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
