What you will do

• Perform assembly operations on electronic and mechanical subassemblies including modules, boards, panels, and cables.
• Execute fabrication and inspection functions for prototypes and large complex systems.
• Build RF multi-function cables and harnesses using soldering ribbons and strip line skills for RF performance.
• Perform software loading and configuration on customer devices.
• Maintain a clean work area and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Confidential security clearance.
• Proficiency in fabrication, marking, and soldering.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications.
• Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement.
