What you will do

• Develop and maintain a consolidated, centralized schedule for production builds and integrate contractual deliverables.
• Establish and track quantifiable KPIs to monitor real-time production plan health and performance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Program Leadership, and Engineering to balance team capacity with demand.
• Create work orders for fabricated parts and build analytical tools to prevent material shortages and visualize project standing.
• Perform Root Cause Corrective Action for inventory inaccuracies associated with end items and components in WIP.
• Proactively anticipate potential delays or resource constraints and pivot deliverables when roadblocks occur.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of planning experience, related coursework, or professional certifications.
• 1-2 years of experience in creating schedules and 1+ years in special projects or engineering environments.
• 2-5 years of experience working with MRP/ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, material requirements planning, and Kanban systems.
• Experience working within heavily regulated environments.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or government-related sectors.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience automating recurring data reports and building dynamic dashboards or workflow tools.
• Proven track record of meeting production deliverables and increasing output.
