What you will do

• Own and resolve internal production nonconformances and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support First Article Inspections (FAIs), validation builds, and inspection planning.
• Manage supplier-related quality issues and coordinate corrective actions in partnership with Supply Chain.
• Maintain quality metrics and reporting while supporting internal audits and compliance activities.
• Partner with inspectors to interpret acceptance criteria and support incoming inspection controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and inspection standards.
• Proficiency in print reading and basic GD&T.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete E-Verify identity verification.
