Location: Based in the Boulder office (Hybrid: 3+ days per week in-person)

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

What you will do

  • Create and implement strategic sponsorship and marketing opportunities to develop new revenue streams.
  • Act as a project manager coordinating with operations, sales, technology, and marketing teams.
  • Manage sponsorship budgets exceeding $1 million and oversee complex delivery timelines.
  • Work directly with sponsors to manage expectations and ensure high customer service levels.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing performance feedback and professional growth support.
  • Collaborate with vendors to establish competitive pricing and valuation for sponsorship assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in event planning, marketing, hospitality, or business.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the event industry.
  • Must be based in Boulder, CO or be able to work in-person at least 3 days a week.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage simultaneous multi-show deliverables.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the year to conferences and tradeshows.
