TL;DR
Sr. Manager, Corporate Events (Entertainment): Leading mid-sized high-impact experiences and corporate initiatives for marquee brands with an accent on event leadership, venue sourcing, and vendor coordination. Focus on managing complex logistics for C-suite executives, budget tracking, and executing large-scale client programs both domestically and internationally.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the New York, NY office a minimum of four days per week
Salary: $95,000 - $125,000

What you will do
- Lead mid-sized programs from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
- Oversee venue sourcing, vendor coordination, run-of-show development, and guest experience.
- Interface directly with C-suite executives and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Develop and track event budgets, process invoices, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate event registration and attendee communications to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide guidance and day-to-day direction to junior team members and project-based staff.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, or production.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Demonstrated experience independently leading and executing events from concept through completion.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Must be willing to travel up to 40%.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and event registration platforms.
- Knowledge of current trends within hospitality, food and beverage, and premium gifting.
