What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end program execution including venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and logistics for live and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services and Meeting Services to drive project progress and resolve client requests.
• Manage virtual platform configurations, rehearsals, and technical support for multimedia events.
• Ensure program compliance and maintain accurate attendee spend reports in alignment with Open Payments guidelines.
• Reconcile invoices and manage financial accountability for assigned programs.
• Support leadership with strategic reporting and mentoring of team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical hospitality role.
• Proven experience in planning speaker bureau meetings (live, virtual, or hybrid).
• Must be based in or able to work from Raleigh, NC, USA.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Teams, and Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 25-30% annually.
• Strong detail-orientation and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification.
• Experience with Cvent platform.
