• Manage end-to-end logistics for live and virtual events, including venue selection and contract negotiations.
• Configure virtual platforms and manage technology vendors for seamless event execution.
• Build registration websites and manage attendee communications and recruitment.
• Oversee program budgets, track spend reports for Open Payment compliance, and reconcile invoices.
• Lead on-site logistics teams for large-scale meetings and coordinate with venue vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical hospitality role.
• Proven experience planning live, virtual, or hybrid meetings.
• Proficiency in Cvent or a similar registration platform and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL, USA.
