What you will do

• Manage assigned conferences from initial planning through onsite execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, speakers, and sponsors.
• Source and coordinate event logistics including hotels, catering, audiovisual services, and transportation.
• Monitor attendee accommodations, travel logistics, and event databases.
• Track conference expenses and support budget management efforts.
• Travel onsite to manage event operations and ensure a successful attendee experience.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills (verbal and written) are required.
• Valid U.S. entry visa is required.
• 3+ years of experience in meeting planning, event management, or hospitality.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel for live conferences and onsite execution.
