What you will do

• Translate business unit goals into an operational plan and roadmap for the team.
• Identify and solve key pain points for customers and internal organization to reduce defects.
• Manage and develop a high-performance team of operations coordinators, account managers, and managers in the US and MX.
• Build a data-driven culture of continuous improvement and strategic internal relationships.
• Manage trade-offs between CSAT and other key metrics within the overall strategy.
• Unlock new business opportunities with measurable impact on company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of working experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Freight industry, particularly in Intermodal.
• 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Brea, CA.
