Senior Associate, Retail Partnerships

Location: New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; or Chicago, IL. The role combines remote work, office work, and travel to merchant partners.

Base salary: $106,080–$156,000 USD or $132,600–$195,000 USD, depending on specific work location and other factors. Additional sales commission opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Drive strategic growth initiatives for a retail merchant portfolio.
• Partner with internal product teams to prioritize features for merchants, couriers, and customers.
• Project-manage the rollout of hundreds of stores across the country.
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning, and churned customers.
• Gather insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns, including field testing through delivery experiences.
• Lead special projects that improve operational efficiency for retail partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships within technology, high-growth companies, or early-stage startups.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in business development and/or partnerships.
• Experience with analytics and presentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in AI and analytics tools such as SQL and Claude.

Nice to have

• Prior investment banking or consulting experience.
