Salary: $70,400 - $155,430 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales as a trusted advisor to review, structure, and execute pricing and quoting requests.
• Review deal structures for accuracy, pricing compliance, revenue recognition, and contractual alignment.
• Facilitate approval workflows for discounts, non-standard terms, and pricing exceptions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Order Management, and Product teams to ensure efficient order processing.
• Enforce quote compliance using Salesforce and CPQ tools.
• Analyze historical customer deal data to support pricing strategies and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience supporting software, SaaS, or subscription-based technology sales organizations.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and quote-to-booking processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ tools; advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
• Ability to balance sales objectives with compliance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA or Draper, UT
