Salary: $94,000 - $115,000

What you will do

  • Execute day-to-day Deal Desk support, including managing pricing requests, discount approvals, and contract structuring.
  • Lead complex, non-standard deals and provide strategic guidance on commercial constructs and licensing models.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to align contract terms and drive efficient deal progression.
  • Define and evolve pricing frameworks, discount matrices, and approval governance.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to track discounting trends and operational effectiveness.
  • Mentor and support Deal Desk Analysts to elevate team consistency and judgment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commissions, or RevOps within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS pricing models and contract structuring.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and CLM tools.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for analytical and data interpretation tasks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Must be based in Canada.
