What you will do
- Manage and grow an assigned book of business for hosted solutions.
- Build quarterly business reviews to uncover account-level opportunities aligned with product goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and prevent churn through proactive account management and problem solving.
- Prioritize activities to achieve or exceed individual quota; prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
- Deliver online demonstrations of services and provide technical information for platform migrations and planned changes.
- Coordinate with internal partners and onboarding teams to ensure successful client account changes.
Requirements
- Location: United States
- 3+ years of successful B2B account management and solution selling experience, plus a bachelor’s degree or technical school graduate.
- Proven ability to build client relationships via telephone and meet upsell/cross-sell goals with SMB customers.
- Value-based selling experience using ROI and high-value outcomes.
- Comfort with technology, including IT infrastructure, networks, and software; ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM.
