Salary: 1,903,000 - 2,455,000 MXN per year

What you will do

  • Lead legal workstreams for sensitive EOR lifecycle matters including complex terminations, redundancies, and disputes.
  • Collaborate with regional counsel to translate local laws into practical operational guidance for internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain legal standards, playbooks, and escalation paths for routine lifecycle matters.
  • Advise Product and Operations teams on workflow logic, risk parameters, and case-management controls for the EOR platform.
  • Manage outside counsel for market-specific escalations and cost-effective legal advice.
  • Support Customer Service and Sales on complex EOR lifecycle questions from prospective and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and admission to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of substantive employment law experience, preferably in-house, EOR, PEO, or global mobility.
  • Deep experience in employee lifecycle matters and dispute risk across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to build legal standards, risk frameworks, and SOPs for non-legal teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be based in Mexico City.
