What you will do

• Provide legal expertise in financial services regulation, alternative investment funds, data protection, and commercial contracts.
• Oversee and mentor members of the Legal Team.
• Collaborate with internal business functions including Finance, Compliance, and Risk.
• Represent the Group in negotiations with third parties, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of evolving legislative and regulatory strategies.
• Streamline existing documentation, corporate policies, and precedents.

Requirements

• Master of Laws or Bachelor's Degree in Law with strong academic credentials.
• Admitted as a solicitor with 10+ years PQE.
• Strong legal experience in corporate and financial services regulation.
• Proven experience as in-house counsel in financial services and top-tier law firm experience.
• Ability to articulate clear legal advice with a commercial focus.
• Strong attention to detail and effectiveness in managing complex projects.
