What you will do

• Lead the implementation of a Group-wide Compliance Monitoring Framework across all jurisdictions.
• Chair the Compliance Monitoring forum and provide proactive insights to Boards and ExCo.
• Own and maintain monitoring methodologies, scoping rules, and risk-rating models.
• Drive standardisation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement across the global function.
• Build monitoring capability by developing shared training tools, templates, and review standards.
• Mentor and develop the global monitoring team to ensure consistent review quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of senior experience in regulatory compliance and/or audit roles.
• Deep expertise in monitoring frameworks and risk-based methodologies.
• Strong capability in regulatory horizon scanning and translating change into monitoring enhancements.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage stakeholders across leadership and regulators.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to drive standardisation globally.
