Salary: $130,000 base plus incentive compensation

What you will do
- Identify and prospect new enterprise-level opportunities within the 1000+ fleet size segment.
- Execute complex sales cycles typically lasting 12 months, involving multiple decision-makers.
- Partner with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to architect and drive targeted account strategies.
- Articulate complex technical and business value propositions to executive-level stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and provide strategic recommendations to leadership for future campaigns.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and client information within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of consultative selling experience, including 3-5 years in enterprise-level sales.
- Must be based in Georgia, USA.
- Proven track record of managing full sales decision cycles including ROI and change management.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical context in formal executive presentations.
- Experience in SaaS environments or the fleet industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
