TL;DR

Account Executive (InsurTech): Managing the full sales cycle for cloud-based claims management and appraisal software with an accent on consultative enterprise sales and P&C insurance domain knowledge. Focus on cultivating relationships with insurance carriers, MGAs, and TPAs to drive revenue growth and expand product adoption.

Location: Remote (US). Unable to sponsor work visas for this position.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 base (Bonus Eligible)

hirify.global provides cloud-based claims technology, virtual vehicle appraisals, and loss recovery services for P&C carriers, MGAs, and TPAs.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closure for enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the P&C claims market.
  • Oversee a high-volume book of business and manage inbound leads.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineers and product teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience with vertical or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for client-facing meetings.
