What you will do
- Manage and grow customer relationships as the primary point of contact for medium to large commercial carriers.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align strategic objectives with 's products and services.
- Collaborate with Sales and product teams to drive adoption, retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Facilitate end-to-end management of cross-functional medium-complexity enhancements and draft Statements of Work.
- Monitor customer KPIs and usage patterns to proactively identify and mitigate churn risk.
- Lead customer meetings, manage escalations, and ensure the rapid resolution of issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success role within SaaS and/or the insurance industry.
- 1+ year of experience working with national accounts or multiple partners.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM or Customer Success Management tools.
- Technical aptitude with APIs, cloud platforms, and common SaaS architectures.
- Understanding of the software development and deployment lifecycle.
