What you will do

  • Manage and grow customer relationships as the primary point of contact for medium to large commercial carriers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align strategic objectives with hirify.global's products and services.
  • Collaborate with Sales and product teams to drive adoption, retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Facilitate end-to-end management of cross-functional medium-complexity enhancements and draft Statements of Work.
  • Monitor customer KPIs and usage patterns to proactively identify and mitigate churn risk.
  • Lead customer meetings, manage escalations, and ensure the rapid resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success role within SaaS and/or the insurance industry.
  • 1+ year of experience working with national accounts or multiple partners.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM or Customer Success Management tools.
  • Technical aptitude with APIs, cloud platforms, and common SaaS architectures.
  • Understanding of the software development and deployment lifecycle.
