Salary: $125,000 — $150,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain internal web applications to improve and standardize production workflows.
• Define technical roadmaps and translate objectives into clear key results.
• Collaborate with Performance Capture, Animation, R&D, and Tech Art teams to align systems architecture.
• Contribute directly to codebases across websites, APIs, and databases.
• Provide technical mentorship to help the team address complex development challenges.
• Monitor and optimize web applications and databases to iterate on performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL for building scalable systems.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Comfortable writing and consuming REST APIs.
• Established mentoring skills with a track record of building strong team members.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control systems like GitHub.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Next.js, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like TeamCity or Jenkins.
• Experience writing unit tests and improving legacy code.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or the Elastic Stack.
• Knowledge of Motion Capture or Film Production.
