Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: Remote within the United States

Annual pay range: $163,000–$263,670, depending on US geographic pay zone and location.

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, end-to-end initiatives across frontend and backend systems.
• Build customer-facing product experiences with React and TypeScript, plus services and APIs using Go, Python, or comparable technologies.
• Translate customer problems and product goals into technical designs, tradeoffs, and incremental delivery plans.
• Own work through discovery, implementation, launch, measurement, operational support, and iteration.
• Improve scalability, accessibility, performance, reliability, security, observability, and maintainability.
• Influence architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and engineering leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and operating production web applications with measurable customer or business impact.
• Experience leading complex projects across frontend and backend layers, including ambiguous requirements and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript or equivalent modern frontend technologies.
• Backend experience designing or operating APIs, services, data stores, or asynchronous systems in production.
• Experience with Go, Python, Rust, or an equivalent backend language; most teams use Go.
• Strong judgment across architecture, user experience, accessibility, performance, reliability, security, maintainability, and full lifecycle ownership.
