What you will do
- Run onboarding and ramp courses plus follow-up workshops for ICS and leadership to reduce new-hire ramp time.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and design intervention enablement (skills and process training).
- Lead quarterly live and virtual onboarding content audits to keep programs up to date.
- Create hands-on exercises and track time-to-productivity and other ramp metrics across the ramp cycle.
- Deliver continuous training on MEDDPICC and manage a Gong library of gold-standard calls for content and sales strategy insights.
- Facilitate live training and coaching with ~25–50% travel to the hub office.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales leadership.
- Experience with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Gong, Clari, Salesforce, and Claude.
- Proven ability to scope, build, and execute integrated sales communications and enablement programs with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Proven experience delivering engaging live training sessions or workshops.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
