What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for 5+ simultaneous searches across Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, RevOps, and Legal.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Act as a trusted advisor providing market intelligence and compensation insights to leadership.
• Represent the company authentically to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
• Utilize data and AI tools (Gemini, Claude) to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment conversion rates.

Requirements

• Experience operating in high-growth environments where quality of hire is prioritized over speed.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
• Strong skills in talent mapping, market research, and stakeholder management.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Barcelona, Spain.
