What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize hiring processes.
• Drive HR projects and initiatives to support global expansion.
• Maintain recruiting databases and ensure data integrity.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, university outreach, and job fairs.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in top-tier internet companies or agencies.
• Fluency in English for coordination with global stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.
• Proven track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in Web3 or Crypto recruitment.
• Market mapping experience for global or Asian markets.
