What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and specific hiring needs.
• Execute complex sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking to attract passive talent.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification assessments to determine candidate fit.
• Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end experience in talent sourcing (in-house, agency, or RPO models).
• Experience recruiting across Product, Tech, and Business domains.
• Track record of successfully building pipelines and closing offers for both active and passive candidates.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and verbal).
• Ability to collect and analyze data to measure the impact of hiring initiatives.
• Must be based in Spain or Portugal.
