What you will do

• Support the project management team in tracking tasks, milestones, and deadlines across ongoing projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributions from Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• Structure project requirements, work packages, and dependencies to ensure traceability.
• Analyze project processes to identify inefficiencies and support the automation of recurring tasks.
• Develop and maintain KPI tracking, dashboards, and status reports to increase transparency.
• Manage project data, documentation, and knowledge bases within JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• German and English proficiency required.
• Must be available for at least 3 months.
• Strong interest in unmanned systems and technology-driven project environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Professional communication skills and a structured approach to work.
