What you will do

• Manage product backlog, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate business, technology, and design stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Drive Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban): planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs and OKRs.
• Use analytics and A/B testing to support product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, healthcare standards, and other relevant requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Healthcare domain experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Analytics tools experience (Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel) and working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum/Kanban) and experience with REST APIs and integrations.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or above

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
