What you will do

• Monitor project milestones and workstreams using Jira and Confluence.
• Organize cross-functional meetings, capture decisions, and track action items.
• Track project costs against budgets and support financial reporting.
• Maintain structured, audit-ready project documentation.
• Coordinate logistics between engineering, production, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Finance, Aerospace, or related fields.
• Must be a citizen of a NATO member state due to security regulations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in project management, consulting, or engineering.
• German language skills.
