What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of subsidy projects from initial setup to final completion.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with internal R&D decisions.
• Monitor project efforts and costs against plans, proactively resolving deviations.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality progress reports, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Liaise with technical leaders, finance, and central subsidy teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Support the continuous improvement of data-driven subsidy management processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to handle security-related tasks and maintain high reliability for certifications.
