What you will do

• Own and drive workplace project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, planning, and scheduling in collaboration with senior management.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risks while resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, zoning, and building regulations.
• Travel to project locations to oversee milestones, inspections, and handovers.

Requirements

• Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in construction or workplace project delivery.
• Fluency in English and German (particularly within the construction sector).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project planning tools, Miro, Excel, and CAD.
