What you will do

• Oversee a centralized portfolio of dozens of concurrent initiatives including system integrations and API-based solutions.
• Establish and maintain structured project intake, tracking, and prioritization processes.
• Monitor project health by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Coordinate across business units, engineering teams, and external partners to resolve issues and align timelines.
• Prepare executive-level summaries and status reports for multiple layers of management.
• Partner with internal platform and architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager in complex enterprise environments.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite).
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of parallel initiatives with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proficiency with project and workflow tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Asana.

Nice to have

• Experience working within large, regulated financial services institutions.
• Familiarity with OCR, document ingestion, classification, and extraction technologies.
• Exposure to governance, risk, compliance (GRC), or information security processes.
• Demonstrated use of AI assistants (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to optimize reporting and risk triage.
